80 for a seated meal (a formal plated or family style meal, no buffets allowed)

100 for a cocktail style event (think of a cocktail party with small bites and partial seating)

2018/2019 Wedding Rental Rates

Friday / Saturday / Sunday: $6,500

Monday thru Thursday: $450 per hour

Rental reflects 10-hours and is comprised of 2-hours for catering setup, 6.5-hour event, and 1.5-hours for breakdown/cleanup.

Enhancements

Candle Package: $200

150 white-soy votives with a 12-hour burn time to adorn your tables, window sills and every surface inside and out.
With our white subway tiled walls and tin ceiling, candles will truly make your day sparkle.

Wedding Studio: $500

Arrive 6-hours pre-ceremony to get ready in our private studio. The studio is comprised of the vintage firehouse locker room, bedroom (including an oversized copper tub and river rock shower) and private deck perfect for coffee or mimosas.

Tent Heating: Pricing available upon request.

What do we do that sets us apart?

Rehearsal coordination/ceremony execution: A 1-hour complimentary rehearsal is included in the venue fee. Venue director will guide the rehearsal including attaining list/order or those walking in for the ceremony, lining them up and cueing them when to go. We will attain songs being played for processional and recessional so we can cue the DJ/band/officiant/wedding party.

Décor Setup: Venue will have you drop-off décor items prior to the wedding. We will store and set out 2-3 hours of pre-approved décor elements. The venue will strike and store décor for up to 2-week post-wedding.

Week of the wedding venue will call all vendors and confirm delivery/pickup times

You will be invited back once you book for a 1-2 hour meeting to discuss your vision, attain vendor recommendations and create a timeline/floor plan

Day of vendor coordination: We will manage the timeline and make sure vendors (caterer/DJ/photographer) are following the timeline, update them about any changes, and make sure the day flows as planned so you aren’t asked any questions

We build in 15 minutes of private time after the ceremony for you to celebrate together with drinks and apps of your choice.
